SUBWAY ART

This is my new pass time, making subway art.  Not sure if I am doing it right or not but if I like it who cares right?  Audrey and Mom this is for you, not sure if you can print it off or not but here ya go.  ENJOY!

Jackson Tram

Last weekend we went to Jackson to ride the tram, they have certain times during the year that its free if you live in Teton County.  I know why we don't do it very often its fun but I don't like heights and its nerve racking for me when we go up coming down isn't bad at all but going up when you pass the towers the car rocks and its freaky.  Dennie was laughing at me as I tried to keep it together and not let the girls know that I was scared.  Once on top the view is incredible!  We are up so high the Grand Teton looks like a hill.  I took a picture of it not sure if you will be able to tell or not but its way cool and worth the ride up.

They have this sign by the stairs that go up the mountain it really feels like you are on top of the world.

After we rode the tramp we went over to Moose to the visitor center had a picnic lunch in the parking lot fun times let me tell ya and then went to the visitor center.  The kids LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!  We have been there 3 times and every time they go they love it, they don't have much there but the kids enjoy it every time.  They have different animal furs for them to feel and the foot prints to compare there hands with.  They have TV type things on the floor,a small rock wall to climb and a few other things that the kids enjoy.

 It was such a pretty day to be out and enjoy the beauty the trees are just starting to change sure hope I can talk everyone into going one more time when all the trees have changed. 

I just love FALL!

 

Wow what a month so far! Its been busy.  Dennie finished Jonathan's bed YEAH!, however its not in his room yet, we found a water leak so not got but thankfully not too bad either so while his room is getting fixed he is in the family room.   

Happy Birthday to my wonderful hubby!  We had his mom and dad up for dinner and cake & ice cream.  We know how to party! 

  

   Dennie has been wanting to get some cedar, so while we were camping we thought ahhh lets look.  So on the way home we were able to find some, we were able to get part of one tree and went back the next day got the rest of it and another one.  So now what to do with it, well cedar is very pretty in the middle so I have convinced him that that is what I want my new table to be made of.  So today he was out making planks.  Its a process let me tell ya.   But oh the planks are pretty.  Here are a couple of pictures of the process and then the finished planks.  Oh I can't wait for my table to be done.
