What a slacker!! I hate it when I do that, but then its been busy. I will post pictures and such soon.

Sunday

Today brought CHANGE!!! Didn't I say that change is hard for me? Well I am in for change. I was given a new calling today, (I'm now 2nd counselor in the primary) I am excited about it but its going to take me out of my comfort zone. I am not an out going person, yes its true. Once I get to know a person its easier for me to talk to them, but to just start talking to people is REALLY hard for me, and then to have to get up in front of people and talk is a nightmare for me. Good thing most of the people I have to get up in front of are children that's the best part.

Once again . . . .

Here we go again, Dennie got laid-off on Monday, yeah great timing but what can you do? We knew there was a possibility but hoping it wouldn't happen, so here we are. He does have a few applications sent out just waiting to hear back on them, but that also could mean BIG changes for us, but then change isn't always bad just hard sometimes. On a positive note it was good to have his help this past week, I have been on the go all week. It really surprises me sometimes that I have so much going on. I keep thinking things will slow down a bit, but the holidays are coming and that means programs and party's and such, which is fun to look forward too. Have lots of things to make for Christmas got some good ideas and can't wait to get started. Hope this week is a little less busy so I can get started on my projects.

Halloween

I know its November, but I had to post Halloween pictures. We had a fun weekend which started out Friday with the kids having no school, we went to our annual family Halloween party which was fun the kids had a blast being with their cousins BUT I didn't get any pictures so I hope those who did will share with me PLEASE!!! Then Saturday was a FULL day we started by carving pumpkins and making cinnamon rolls, then getting ready for our Halloween party at the church and trunk-or-treating. It was fun the kids had fun at the party, there where different games to play with treats or a prize and dinner then trunk-or-treating which was done in a drizzle I was kind of disappointed in the fact that there where more kids treating than those who where passing out candy, (not that my kids need the candy) but still don't you think if you send your kids out to get treats you should at least pass some out? Even in the drizzle the kids had fun, as for me, well I get super frazzled in those type of situations but that is another story. All in all it was a fun weekend and we had fun being with family and friends.
