TO THIS in just 5 easy steps.I made my first EVER rhubarb jam. I have made other jam but this was a first. Dennie wasn't sure why I would want to make jam out of rhubarb, but it turned out GREAT even he liked it. Oh and we have already went through one jar it was made yesterday. The kids had to have an after school snack of bread and jam, now if I can only get bread made this week YUM.

Well when you get that bread made I will certainly take a loaf!!! I am not too much of a rhubarb fan so I will take your word that it was delish!!
Does it taste like it, or is it sweeter? I need someone to teach me how to make jam.
